On Saturday we hosted two Hota guided sauna rituals at @fy.camp

So many big smiles, happy faces and positive comments make it so special to run these sessions

Our guided sauna rituals guarantee a happy and healthier body and mind - this one in particular was a beautiful way to celebrate a marriage and union of togetherness, scroll to the end for the couple being whisked by their friends, a moment we’re not going to forget, rituals are really quite special and what a perfect space @fy.camp is for such times.

So many wonderful people we loved meeting this weekend, thanks so much to everyone.

Mineral scrubs, natural body masks, organic balm, nutrition replenishment, over 10 aromatherapy scents many foraged, handmade birch & oak whisks, electrolyte hydration, contrast therapy - all rejuvenating and uplifting our guests’ mind and body

The Pink Sauna x The Pink Moon Saturday 12th April

We are so excited to run our full moon sauna sessions this month under the pink moon, how very fitting.

Where else could be better to be under the pink moon than in a pink sauna on the beach, living, breathing and embracing new kinds of happiness, meeting others, feeling the incredibly beautiful power of nature and not just the full moon but the full moon rising and reflecting over the sea, a wade into the waves all with the deep warmth of the Hota sauna to relax in.

We are so excited to run our full moon sauna sessions this month under the pink moon, how very fitting.

We’ve loved Fritton a lot for quite some time now and have met so many brilliant folk, especially in their very gorgeous sauna, that’s the beauty of saunas right?! And so our Thursday sauna appreciation love goes out to the og floating beauty that is their Koto Sauna always gently dancing upon the ripples of Fritton Lake - a must jump into for sure and we’ve dipped in these waters through all seasons and it just feels like a holiday every time.

Sunday Sunrise Sauna at Sea Palling never disappoints!
We’re fully booked today but thinking of adding some extra early sunrise sessions for those wanting the tranquility of an extra quiet beach and to see the sky do its magic over the waves. Feeling so lucky to be here on the Norfolk Coast and can’t wait to host you in the sauna. Sunset hours coming too.

We’ve got spaces today (last spaces at 10 and 11am available) and tomorrow from 9am for communal spaces and also private hours tonight from 5pm-7pm- see you in the pink 🩷

The Pink Sauna’s first Sunday at Sea Palling gifting the most beautiful, incredible moon low on the water met with sunrise in a matching pink sky - we’re pretty convinced this could be the most spectacular beach day yet, the fire is on, we’re here today with spaces over lunchtime and for full moon tomorrow 🩷🌕
