The Pink Sauna x The Pink Moon Saturday 12th April

We are so excited to run our full moon sauna sessions this month under the pink moon, how very fitting.

Where else could be better to be under the pink moon than in a pink sauna on the beach, living, breathing and embracing new kinds of happiness, meeting others, feeling the incredibly beautiful power of nature and not just the full moon but the full moon rising and reflecting over the sea, a wade into the waves all with the deep warmth of the Hota sauna to relax in.

The Pink Sauna x The Pink Moon Saturday 12th April

We are so excited to run our full moon sauna sessions this month under the pink moon, how very fitting.

We’ve loved Fritton a lot for quite some time now and have met so many brilliant folk, especially in their very gorgeous sauna, that’s the beauty of saunas right?! And so our Thursday sauna appreciation love goes out to the og floating beauty that is their Koto Sauna always gently dancing upon the ripples of Fritton Lake - a must jump into for sure and we’ve dipped in these waters through all seasons and it just feels like a holiday every time.

Good morning from the beach, we’re at Sea Palling right now, the fire is at 90 degrees and the beautiful sea for a splash is at 6 degrees, sun is out! We’ve got spaces today (last spaces at 10 and 11am available) and tomorrow from 9am for communal spaces and also private hours tonight from 5pm-7pm- see you in the pink 🩷

It’s nearly the weekend which means it is time to think Pink, we will be right here on Sea Palling beach, we’ve got 2 spaces left at 9am in the Saturday community session and have opened up Saturday afternoon, with Sunday exclusive hours at 1pm and 2pm too - hope to see you in the pink 🩷 Wednesday 12th February is Full Moon 🌕

The Pink Sauna’s first Sunday at Sea Palling gifting the most beautiful, incredible moon low on the water met with sunrise in a matching pink sky - we’re pretty convinced this could be the most spectacular beach day yet, the fire is on, we’re here today with spaces over lunchtime and for full moon tomorrow 🩷🌕
