We have teamed up with @norfolksnowsportsclub to bring our sauna and cold experience into Norwich, offering a midweek boost to our community, still in nature but in the city

Woodfired sauna, Cold plunge, Live fire, Good vibes and part of our community included.

We are operating every Thursday starting 13th November
