Alongside running our Sauna, we have complied our skills learnt from running fire kitchens all over Europe working with so many amazingly creative chefs to provide the best and unique fire experience to our guests

We use only high quality vegetarian/ vegan whole food, organic where possible to create love on the flames

We are so excited to run our full moon sauna sessions this month under the pink moon, how very fitting.

Where else could be better to be under the pink moon than in a pink sauna on the beach, living, breathing and embracing new kinds of happiness, meeting others, feeling the incredibly beautiful power of nature and not just the full moon but the full moon rising and reflecting over the sea, a wade into the waves all with the deep warmth of the Hota sauna to relax in.

We’ve loved Fritton a lot for quite some time now and have met so many brilliant folk, especially in their very gorgeous sauna, that’s the beauty of saunas right?! And so our Thursday sauna appreciation love goes out to the og floating beauty that is their Koto Sauna always gently dancing upon the ripples of Fritton Lake - a must jump into for sure and we’ve dipped in these waters through all seasons and it just feels like a holiday every time.

Two sessions back to back, low tide, big waves, bold winds and a Hota sauna with breath work, moments of meditation peace and intention celebrating for a special birthday, complete with birch whisk thermal massage moments and body/mood lifting wake up movement & scents with hot steamy infusions using Sop oils and spices, ice cold face presses steeped in rose petals and black nigella seeds, homemade coffee and salt scrubs, face masks & balm followed the deep heat peaceful rest ending in good chats, big smiles and of course electrolytes and vegan cacao date energy bites
